Our items are in stock and ready to ship. If the shopping cart lets you place them in your cart then we have them available. If we are out, instead of a quantity selection box the page will say ''Out of Stock''. Please note, if you put all available items in your cart the page will change to say ''Out of Stock'', because you have now reserved them all!
NOTE: Some of the larger items and hand-made jewelry are shipped to you direct from the manufacturer. These items will have a special alert on the product description page.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
At this time, The Frog Store is only set up for online processing of orders to Canada. For orders to other countries, please email email@example.com with a list of your items so we can calculate shipping costs. Please note that overseas shipping can be quite expensive. Since it is based on product weight and size, it is best to select items that are small and lightweight. We do not guarantee delivery times for overseas shipments, since we do not have control of customs delays and your country's postal and delivery services. Shipping times are our best estimates. Please note that our normal return policies do not apply to overseas shipments.
WHAT ABOUT RESHIPPING SERVICES?
We realize that reshipping services provide a valuable service for many people, but mail orders sent via reshippers are also much more likely to be fraudulent. Because of this, we cancel all orders if we believe they are being sent through a reshipper. If you wish to use a reshipper, contact us in advance about payment verification.
HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Shipping time within the US varies depending on the shipping type selected, but can range from 2-6 days for air delivery (USPS Priority Mail) to 6-14 days for the slower ground shipping methods (Parcel Post, First Class Mail). After you enter your address and postal code you will be able to select your shipping options, and you will see the cost and estimated delivery time range for each available class of shipping. Small/lightweight orders and west coast delivery locations may receive packages slightly faster, since we ship from Oregon. Shipments delivered outside the US normally take 2-4 weeks, depending on the class of shipping selected.
We normally ship on the next business day after we receive your order. Premium orders receive RUSH handling, and will often be shipped on the same day if your order is received before noon Pacific time. Please note that if you order late on a Friday, your order will not ship until Monday. This is why we quote 2-5 days (not 2 days) for Premium shipping, for instance. Please allow extra time if your shipping time includes a holiday or occurs during the Christmas rush.
EXCEPTION: If your order includes items that ship directly from the manufacturer, their shipping times are stated on the page that shows the product photo and description. These items will ship separately from the rest of your order, and cannot be ordered with expedited shipping.
Please note: The quoted delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee. We are not responsible for delays caused by the US Postal Service, or delays due to weather or emergency conditions. Please allow extra time during holidays.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight, cost, and/or size of the items you ordered, and the location to which they are being shipped. You can see this amount after entering your shipping address at checkout, or at the bottom of the shopping cart page.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
Gift Wrapping is not currently offered as an option, due to the wide variety of products we carry. However, products being shipped directly to a third party and requesting a gift tag are packed nicely to make sure they look festive for the recipient. The more expensive jewelry (over $20) typically comes in handsome gift boxes.
I PLACED TWO ORDERS. CAN YOU COMBINE THEM?
If you place two orders in a short time period to the same address using the same shipping method, we can usually combine them on request. You will receive a refund of any excess shipping cost for the SMALLER order. If we notice two orders but have not heard from you, we may choose to combine them if schedule permits. We do not guarantee that orders will be shipped together. Please note that due to credit card processing costs and handling costs, there is a minimum shipping/handling charge of $3 for the second order or each combined order. Depending on the weights and physical size of the orders, the combining charge may be higher.
Sorry, you will not be able to combine shipping with orders that are placed on a different ''Oregon Webstores'' store.
CAN I ORDER WITHOUT USING A CREDIT CARD?
Yes, you can mail in your order and pay by check or money order. Use the online shopping cart to assemble your order, and go through the checkout process to fill in your shipping address and select your shipping method. When you get to the final page where it asks for your credit card number, just print out the page and mail it in with your check or money order. Mail to: The Frog Store, 9986 Salmon Creek Rd., Redding CA 96003.
Alternately, if you want to reserve the products while a check is being sent, go ahead and place the order online and use a test credit card number (Visa 4111111111111111). The order will be declined, but will still be in our system. Then email or call us with your name and the order date and explain that you are sending a check/MO to pay for the order. We will reactivate your order, to reserve the items for you for a maximum of two weeks while we await your payment.
DO YOU ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS?
No, we will not accept an order to be billed later. All orders must be paid at the time the order is placed. See paragraph above for how to reserve products while a check is being sent.
CAN I VISIT YOUR STORE AND SHOP FOR FROGS?
No, sorry. We do not have a walk-in storefront for customer shopping. If you are local and want to pick up your order at the warehouse to save shipping costs, please give us a call to get directions and arrange a pickup time.
