The Frog Store can ship anywhere in the US and Canada, plus Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. We will normally ship your package within 2 business days of receiving your order, except for orders paid by personal check which will be held
10 days to clear. If your shipment will be delayed longer than 2 business days for unforeseen reasons, we will notify you by email. If you are in a hurry and need your frogs shipped as soon as possible, write a note in the comments during
checkout and we will ship as early as we can. Please be sure to include
your valid email address and phone number so we can contact you if we have any questions. Standard shipping and handling charges within the US:

Standard shipping for lighter orders is normally sent by USPS mail (2-8 shipping days). Heavier packages normally ship by FedEx Ground/Home (2-8
business days shipping time) or USPS Parcel Post. Your order will normally ship within two business days of receipt, so your actual delivery time may vary from 4 to 12 days. Canadian delivery times vary. Add 1-2 weeks for Canadian shipments. We ship from Oregon, so west coast
shipments will arrive earlier than east coast shipments.
If you are in a hurry and want Premium shipping, the shipping charge is $19.00 for orders under $40, and $15 plus
10% of your order subtotal for orders over $40. Depending on your package weight and destination, we may
choose to send Premium packages FedEx 2nd Day or FedEx Express Saver (delivers 2nd or 3rd BUSINESS day), USPS Express Mail, or (for heavy or bulky packages) via USPS Priority Mail.
We ship only on a Monday-Friday schedule and do not ship on postal holidays. So (for example) an order placed too late to ship on a Friday before a Monday postal holiday will not ship until the following Tuesday.
PLAN YOUR ORDERS ACCORDINGLY. Most Premium shipments will make the 2-5 days delivery estimate. Premium shipping to Canada usually gets the order there in 6-10 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the US Postal Service, FedEx, or
other carriers, or delays due to weather or emergency conditions. Please allow extra time during holidays.
Gift Wrapping is not currently offered as an option, due to the wide variety of products we carry. However, products being shipped directly to a third party and requesting a gift tag are
often packed nicely
to make sure they look festive for the recipient. Many jewelry items already come in gift boxes normally.
We often use recycled boxes, loose fill, and padding. Save the trees, save the frogs!
Combining Orders:
If you place two or more orders in a short time period to the same address using the
same shipping method, we can usually combine them if you request that we do and we have not packed the orders yet. You would
receive a partial refund on the shipping/handling fee for the SMALLER order(s). If we notice two or more orders but have not heard from you, we may choose to combine them if our schedule permits.
Please note that due to credit card processing costs and handling costs,
there is a minimum shipping/handling charge of $2 for each order combined, and free shipping may not apply.
CANADA: The shipping charge to Canada is the standard US
shipping charge PLUS a surcharge equal to 15% of your order amount (Free shipping does not apply). You will see this on your
order form before you enter your credit card information to finalize your order. Please add about 1-2 weeks to the delivery times quoted
for US shipments: 10-21 days for standard delivery (First Class or Priority,
depending on weight), 4-7 days for Premium shipment (Express or Priority Mail,
depending on weight).
NOTE: You are responsible for any duties and taxes levied by the Canadian government on your parcel upon arrival.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Sorry, we do not ship orders outside the US, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and Canada at this time.
RESHIPPING SERVICES: We realize that reshipping services provide a valuable service for many people, but mail orders sent via reshippers are also much more likely to be fraudulent. Because of this, we cancel all orders if we believe
they are being sent thru a reshipper. If you wish to use a reshipper, contact us in advance about payment verification.
OUR GUARANTEE: We guarantee that you will be happy with your frogs, or your money back! We generally do not have a
restocking charge or service charge for returns or exchanges, except for the custom bedding products where there is a 15% restocking fee. Just Email
froggie@frogstore.com if you have questions about our policies or how to handle returns. Items can be returned only within 30 days of receipt.
Please note: At our discretion, returns deemed to be frivolous, fraudulent, or inappropriate may be charged shipping/handling and a 15% restocking fee. This includes returns of larger orders, special orders, orders
we agree to accept for return beyond the 30 day limit, or items that are no longer in resalable condition. Packages returned at our expense because they are unclaimed, refused, or you supplied an incorrect address may be charged for return shipping expenses. If you have questions, please email

RETURNS: Items can be returned only within 30 days of receipt. To return an item, please box it securely and include a copy of your packing slip or receipt.
Enclose a note indicating your request, such as: "Return for refund", "Damaged/incorrect item returned for exchange", etc. Mail to: The Frog Store - Returns Dept., 1065 NW Charlemagne Place, Corvallis OR 97330. Don't mail to our warehouse address
(it may be on the shipping label).
Items returned in damaged condition, or without original wrapping, can only be exchanged for an identical item. Note that this is true for CDs and wallpaper borders - please do not remove the outer clear plastic wrapping if you
plan to return the item.
If you want to return or exchange an item you received as a gift, but you don't have the packing slip or receipt, provide us with the giver's name and we will search our customer list for verification.
POSTAGE FOR RETURNS: If you exchange damaged goods for the same item we pay the postage if shipped by the least expensive method (both ways), or if we sent you the wrong order we will pay the postage to correct the situation. If
you would like to return an item for a refund or for credit against another item, you will need to pay the postage to return it to us.
NOTE: If you send your returned item via Parcel Post or First Class Mail, and we are refunding shipping (see above), we will refund the actual amount shown on the postal stamp. If you send it via another shipping method (UPS, FedEx)
we will refund a flat fee of $5.00 to cover the return shipping. Damaged or
defective items returned more than 30 days after receipt are not eligible for
a shipping refund.
Refunds issued are made to the credit/debit card used to place the order. If an order was paid by check, the refund will be paid by check.
